I don’t even know where to start with this review. Oh wait I should start saying that James is the most lovely baker/architect that I’ve ever met and whatever he bakes is heaven. I’ve tried a range of his delicious sweets and I’ve never been disappointed, on the top of my list I will mention:
1) Pop tarts with apricot jam and thyme that you can find at EGG cafe on xiangyang lu;
2) Chunky caramel brownies OMG, they are foodgasmic;
3) Christmas mince pies, so flaky, spiced and just the right amount of sweetness. They’ll make your Christmas better fo sho.
Try them out and you will never want to go back to your British Kitchen less sad little previous life.
